Kebiasaan Berbagi Pengalaman Belanja Online Masih Kurang Diminati Orang Indonesia

Orang Indonesia ternyata tidak mudah berbagi pengalaman belanja online secara sukarela. Kalaupun ada jumlahnya lebih sedikit, dan yang sedikit ini hanya berbagi jika sudah kepepet karena tidak ditanggapi atau jika ditanya saja.  Ini terbukti dari hasil survey Gaya Belanja Online Lintas Generasi yang targetnya adalah 300 orang urban Indonesia.  Di survey itu disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata hanya akan bercerita tentang pengalaman buruk tersebut jika ditanya saja, dengan angka sebesar 52% dari generasi di atas 35 tahun, 43.18% dari generasi usia 21 -35 tahun, dan  50% dari generasi di bawah 21 tahun.  Sisanya, mereka akan berbagi pengalaman tersebut jika tidak ada penyelesaian dari Customer Service, dan berbagi melalui sosial media.
Kapan pengalaman buruk itu sering terjadi? Pengalaman buruk tersebut sering terjadi pada saat pelanggan menerima barang yang tidak sesuai dengan foto yang didisplay di toko, sehingga hal tersebut menduduki peringkat paling tinggi mengapa pelanggan kecewa berbelanja online dan memiliki pengalaman buruk. Alasan kedua tertinggi adalah lamanya pengiriman barang yang memakan waktu lebih dari satu minggu.
Selain pengalaman buruk, tentunya setiap pelanggan memiliki pengalaman menyenangkan yang mereka dapat dari berbelanja online. Menurut hasil survei, yang menjadi faktor paling tinggi untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan berbelanja online adalah pembayaran yang mudah, pengiriman yang cepat, status order yang jelas, dan produk yang sesuai dengan foto di toko online. Selain itu, harga lebih murah adalah faktor tertinggi kedua untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan saat berbelanja online.
