Dengan banyaknya pasar online ritel (marketplace) yang ada di Indonesia seperti Lazada, Mataharimall, Blibli dan Elevenia, muncul kebutuhan kemudahan pengelolaan produk inventori dan proses order lintas marketplace dari pemilik brand besar yang terjun di e-commerce. Khusus untuk ini, Ronny menekankan platform SCI ini hanya bisa dipakai jika brand bersedia menaruh inventori-nya di fulfillment center 8Commerce. Saat ini, fulfillment center 8Commerce tersedia di 7 kota Indonesia.
Mengenai biaya investasi yang akan dikeluarkan brand untuk mendapatkan fasilitas ini 8Commerce mematok harga mulai 1 juta per marketplace per bulan, dengan kondisi bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu.
