Jack Ma Akan Menjadi Penasihat e-Commerce di Indonesia

Presiden Joko Widodo dan rombongan beberapa waktu lalu berkunjung ke kantor pusat Alibaba Group di Hangzhou, Provinsi Zhejiang, China. Tidak lama Presiden dan rombongan langsung mendengarkan presentasi pihak Alibaba Group dan hadir pula Jack Ma disana. Setelah berbincang – bincang salah satu orang terkaya di Tiongkok itu diminta untuk menjadi salah satu penasihat dalam steering commitee roadmap e-commerce dan tentu ini akan menguntungkan kedua belah pihak.
Nantinya peta jalan e-Commerce ini berisi inisiatif yang akan diadopsi pemerintah Indonesia dan tentu akan dilakukan melalui struktur kerja yang di dalamnya terdapat tim pengarah atau steering commitee.

Dan ternyata ajakan itu disambut positif oleh Jack Ma sendiri, melalui akun resmi Twitter Alibaba Group, Ma disebut menerima tawaran untuk menjadi penasihat ekonomi bagi pemerintah Indonesia.
Jack Ma sebagai pengusaha sukses terbukti dari usahanya dalam membangun Alibaba Group. Dengan mendirikan Alibaba pada 1999 di Tiongkok, lalu tahun 2015, platform e-commerce tersebut memiliki 100 juta pelanggan setiap hari dan menjadi penyumbang kekayaan Ma yang kini diprediksi Rp 262 triliun. Lalu baru – baru ini Alibaba resmi membeli saham Lazada senilai Rp 13,2 triliun.
