Fokus Utama Kebijakan Ekonomi ke-14: Pajak E-Commerce

Airlanggan Hartato MenperinPemerintah tengah menyiapkan paket kebijakan ekonomi ke-14 yang rencananya diluncurkan dalam beberapa pelan kedepan. Bocorannya, paket kebijakan kali ini lebih banyak mengatur perdagangan e-commerce.
Seperti yang dikutip dari Kompas[com], Menteri Perindustrian (Menperin) Airlangga Hartarto mengungkapkan pemerintah sudah melakukan pembahasan terkait paket kebijakan ekonomi tersebut. Ia menyatakan, hal yang akan disinggung dalam paket kebijakan ekonomi ke-14 adalah terkait pajak e-commerce.
“Dari sisi pajaknya yang diatur dan juga mengharapkan sistem fiskalnya tidak disamakan dengan non-e-commerce. Seharusnya memakai tarif, karena ini masih industri yang baru, early adopter,” kata Airlangga di Gedung Bank Indonesia (BI) Learning Center Jakarta, Jumat (7/10/2016).
Sebagaimana juga diketahui, pemerintah saat ini telah menelurkan 13 paket kebijakan ekonomi. Upaya itu adalah sebuah bentuk dorongan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian, termasuk memperbaiki perekonomian di Indonesia agar bisa terus tumbuh di masa mendatang.

8Commerce sebagai salah satu e-commerce developer di Indonesia setuju dengan yang dikatakan oleh Menperin alasannya adalah tentu karena e-commerce masih termasuk industri yang baru, maka peraturan tersebut jangan mempersulit atau bahkan membunuh pelaku e–commerce.
CEO 8Commerce, Ronny Ritongadi mengatakan “Sebaiknya peraturan perpajakan baru ini jangan sampai membunuh pelaku ecommerce, kami bukannya tidak setuju dengan peraturan yang akan dibuat tapi sebaiknya pemerintah bisa fokus dulu kepada paket kebijakan ekonomi jilid 1-13 daripada mengeluarkan kebijakan yang baru,”
