Persaingan e-commerce di Indonesia memang tampaknya semakin panas pada tahun 201. Ini terlihat dari kerja sama Alfacart dengan Unilever, re-branding Blanja.com, hingga perubahan nama Garena menjadi SEA setelah mendapatkan dana sebesar US$550 juta (sekitar Rp7,3 triliun).

Dari maraknya persaingan yang terjadi antara e-commerce, ada 5 temuan menarik. Apa sajakah?

E-commerce Lokal Tetap Merajai Persaingan

Dari sepuluh besar e-commerce dengan pengunjung terbanyak, tujuh di antaranya adalah e-commerce lokal, yaitu Tokopedia, Elevenia, Bukalapak, Blibli, Alfacart, MatahariMall, dan Bhineka. Sementara itu, tiga e-commerce internasional yang berhasil masuk ke dalam daftar adalah Lazada, JD.ID, dan Blanja.

Lazada Kalahkan Tokopedia dalam Jumlah Monthly Visitor

Sebagai pemain lokal, Tokopedia terus berupaya mengejar Lazada dari segi visitor per bulan. Dalam data terbaru peta e-commerce Indonesia, Lazada berhasil mengalahkan pengunjung Tokopedia per bulannya.

Blibli Merajai Facebook dan Twitter

Di Indonesia, Blibli berhasil merajai dua dari tiga social media yang menjadi parameter di peta e-commerce Indonesia, yaitu Twitter dan Facebook. Jumlah fans Blibli di Facebook dan pengikut di Twitter berhasil menempati urutan pertama, di atas Tokopedia.

Fashion E-commerce Merajai Instagram

3Fashion e-commerce berhasil merajai media sosal Instagram. Dari sepuluh e-commerce yang memiliki jumlah pengikut terbanyak di Instagram, 50% di antaranya adalah fashion e-commerce. Hal ini karena fashion e-commerce mementingkan aspek visual dari produk yang mereka jual. Dan Instagram adalah tempat terbaik untuk memamerkan foto-foto produk.
