Ada beberapa aspek dan prosedur khusus yang perlu diperhatikan ketika Anda ingin membungkus paket kiriman barang yang akan Anda kirim kepada pelanggan Anda.
Kira-kira apa aja sih yang harus diperhatikan saat packing kiriman barang yang benar dan aman? Simak yuk!

  1. Pahami karakter barang yang ingin dikirim
    Anda harus bisa mengukur atau mengelompokkan barang yang akan dikirim seperti barang atau produk yang gampang pecah, kain, souvenir, elektronik, aksesoris, dan lainnya.
  1. Jangan asal bungkus
    Perhatikan dan pastikan pembungkus paket tidak mudah sobek atau rusak. Jika barang yang dikirim mudah rusak, seperti barang elektronik (handphone, powerbank, baterai laptop/smartphone, atau elektronik yang lain), Anda bisa konsultasikan kepada pihak pengiriman karena biasanya disediakan packing khusus untuk hal-hal tersebut.
  1. Pastikan barang yang akan dikirim serta tulis alamat pengiriman dengan benar dan lengkap
    Tulis dengan jelas agar mudah dibaca, serta selalu konfirmasi kepada pembeli/customer Anda. Hal tersebut sangatlah penting, guna mempermudah pihak jasa pengiriman untuk menemukan alamat, juga mempermudah barang yang dikirim bisa sampai tepat waktu.

Alamat pengiriman yang kurang jelas atau kurang lengkap seperti tidak ada nama jalan, nomor rumah, atau nomor hp, dll akan mempersulit pihak jasa pengiriman dalam mengirimkan barang ke customer Anda.
